課程概述

Students will develop system integration strength using vehicle development as example. Students will expand their engineering vision by an overview of global product competitiveness study, engineering specification definition, architecture design concept, product development process, manufacturing readiness, quality risk management, supplier chain development/management, and total vehicle program management.  

課程目標
In today’s world, a global product is developed through global engineering teams. Students will learn the concept of global engineering. We will share the challenge and fun of managing engineering teams from different regions to utilize the strength of each regional team culture and resource to build one global team for product development execution.
